Ephesians 4:29, “Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen.”

Do you believe God hears every word we speak?

If not, then I would like for you to read further to realize that every word we speak, God hears and he listens.

The bible says in Numbers 14:28; “As surely as I live, declares the Lord, I will do to you the very things I heard you say”. As Children of God, our heavenly father is very much interested in all that we have to say. His angels are all around waiting to bring to fulfillment the very words which we speak. Which is why it is important that we make it a habit to let positive words flow from our lips.

We are children of the most-high God; victory is ours in Christ Jesus. We are winners and over-comers, by the spirit of God. Thus, there should be no room for negativity, pessimism, or unfavorable thoughts in our minds and lives.

Rather than make use of our tongues to bring about our own detriment, we should engage our tongue in praying and speaking positively, as God would have us do.

Prayer: Dear Jesus, thank You for Your Power and authority that You have graciously given to us. Help us to utilize in the right way and manner that would bring glory to Your name. Amen.
