“You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thorn-bushes or figs from thistles?” ~ Mathew 7: 16

Have you ever seen a pawpaw tree produce an apple? Of course not, why? Because the trees are identified by their fruits, and so it is impossible for them to bear anything other than their fruits.

The same vein, we christains are recognized by our fruits.

The way it is impossible for a mango tree to produce an apple, is the same way it is expected that for us as Christians it becomes impossible for us to bear fruits that are not Christ like.

Why? Because we are identified by our fruits.

It will interest you to know that men are watching you much more than you can ever imagine.

You might not know it but they are analyzing your fruits- they want to see that the fruits you display on your tree correlates with what your tree is supposed to produce.

As humans and believers what are our fruits? Our character, our attitude to one another, our choices, our way of life,our mannerisms etc.

Our fruits are displayed through our lifestlye.

The question now is when men see your fruits, does it match that of Christ?
