“They profess that they know God, but in works they deny Him, being abominable, disobedient, and disqualified for every good work.” – Titus 1:16
Faith is more than a confession; it is a lifestyle. While words declare what we believe, our actions reveal the truth of our relationship with God. Scripture warns us that it is possible to speak of God yet live in contradiction to His ways. True faith is evident in obedience, integrity, and love expressed daily. When Christ truly reigns in our hearts, His character is seen in our choices, our conduct, and how we treat others. Our lives become living testimonies, pointing people not to ourselves, but to God’s transforming power at work within us.
Our faith should constantly be a reminder of who we are and who we are called to be here on earth.
As we have learnt yesterday; we are the salt of the earth, and through our faith it our saltiness is being felt on the earth.
Through our actions our relationships, our arguments and conflicts, we should act in love as Christ would have acted.
Point of reflection: Do my daily actions affirm or contradict the faith I profess? Where can I better align my life with God’s Word?
Prayer: Father, please help me to profess your faith through my actions.
